Talents Development Committee sets up interactive communication platform for residents

The Talents Development Committee has launched its Fan Page at Facebook on Wednesday, 15 April 2015 using the new media as a platform to disseminate information about talents development, to strengthen communications and exchange with residents, and to regularly release the latest information about the Committee.

There are 3 sections in the Fan Page. The first section is “Stories of Talents” series where the development experiences of professionals in different fields were shared in the form of case studies. Overall requirements in different professions will be analysed to help young people explore their interests in professions which are appropriate to their personal developments. The second section is “Developments and Chances” series which will cover latest development trends. Through looking at the needs of work capabilities and movements of the career market, the challenges and opportunities of particular industries or professions as a result of the development of industries will be explored, with a view to assist young people to plan their personal career path. The third section is the dissemination of the latest policies and measures, as well as statistics on talents development, with a purpose to encourage upstream movement of residents.
